System Engineer / Technician (5-day work)

Responsibilities:

• Provide PC Hardware testing and diagnose the faults independently;
• Provide effective technical support and solutions to clients;
• Work closely with sales teams and provide on-site technical support to achieve sales targets;
• Well deliver the feedback from clients on new products and collect related product information from the market and competitors;
• Participate the technical trainings and seminars;
• Provide weekly activity report to Manager.
   

Job Requirements:

• Non-Degree Tertiary Qualification, Technical Institutes, diploma or Degree holder in Electrical, IT, Industrial / Mechanical Automation, Electronics or related disciplines;
• With over 1-2 year technical experience preferred;
• Familiar with PC and hardware interface and DOS, Windows, Linux and office software application etc.;
• Self-motivated, customer-focused, teamwork and good communication skill;
• Analytical mind and possess good trouble-shooting skills;
• Less experience will be considered as technician.
