Amidas is a fast-growing IT System Integrator focusing on Enterprise Market in Hong Kong. We are expanding our Professional Service Team in different solutions area, including Digital Workspace, Cloud & Digital Transformation, Cyber Security and Data Management & Analysis. You will be part of the Professional Service Team to support our customers to make the project success.
Your Job Duties:
Participate in project implementation, system migration, troubleshooting and documentation
Collaborate with different people, such as customers, vendors and internal teams, to ensure project success
Assist in on-going technical support and regular maintenance tasks
Handle daily phone-in and email enquires
Skills & Experience:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and experience:
Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
Solid working experience in SI companies would be an advantage
Hands-on experience on Microsoft AD & MS Exchange Server Migration would be an advantage
Knowledge in Microsoft Solutions - Azure, O365, Windows OS, AD, MS Exchange Server, Window Server would be an advantage

Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive can-do attitude
Must be willing to work during non-office hour per project requirement
Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
