System Services Analyst

HKT Teleservices

Main duties:

  • To manage and implement all system needs of service centre
  • To manage departmental costs and budget, headcount resources and cost forecasting
  • To oversee formulation of IT and telecommunications facilities, development strategy and associated implementation plans
  • To undertake technology/solution development and evaluation to improve efficiency and productivity
  • To consolidate, review and audit staff performance
  • To manage and coordinate training of staff, and to enhance overall team performance and quality

Qualifications and skills required:

  • University degree or Higher diploma in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science
  • Demonstrable leadership skills
  • Assertive and result-oriented
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills in systems and operations related issues
  • Experience in IT and call centre technology applications
  • Broad programming knowledge, especially of IVRS, Oracle, TCL and VB
  • Knowledge of call centre systems, LAN/WAN management and ACD/IVRS support
  • Excellent command of spoken English and Cantonese, and written English and Traditional Chinese
