Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-users technical support and conduct troubleshooting on hardware, software, and other computer services
  • Monitor and maintain Server & network
  • Troubleshooting on user application and hardware problems.

Requirements:

  • F.5 / F.6 Graduate or related discipline in Information Technology or equivalent
  • At least 1 year working experience in technical support role
  • Knowledge in supporting the PC/LAN/WAN, systems and applications
  • Knowledge of basic networking - (Configure IP, Gateway)
  • Qualifications of CCNA / CCNP is preferred
  • Good communication skills, hard-working and can work independently
