You will support the development and implementation of the Asset Management System and Integrated Management System and monitor departmental performance against prescribed targets in the aspects of safety, reliability, environmental protection, quality and core values. You will support maintenance budget planning and control, assist in compiling departmental procedures and work instructions as well as plan and conduct inspection, audit and compliance check. You will also organise departmental functions and provide support for corporate events.
You should have a Degree in Engineering / Business Administration or a related discipline with at least 3 years’ relevant experience, of which 2 years should be at supervisory level. You should have effective communication skills and good command of spoken and written English and Chinese as well as the ability to work independently and under pressure. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills are also required. Knowledge of statutory requirements and railway safety rules is preferred.
Candidate with extensive experience but lower qualification will also be considered.
