System Support

Our client is reputable and well-known as a world leader in general insurance. We are currently seeking an experienced System Support to join their global team, and support their Hong Kong operations. The position is responsible for the first and second level support to all users, looking after IT related systems, infrastructure, networks and applications.

Duties and responsibilities:
  • Ensure hardware, software and network components are running effectively and smooth
  • Provide high quality end user support across the different technical areas including computers, operating systems, and core applications
  • Log, track and monitor IT incidents with service management tool
  • Assist with troubleshooting and supporting complex infrastructure related issues
  • Provide day-to-day support for nominated systems and components, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and requests
  • Establish and maintain good client relationships with the internal and external stakeholders

  • Degree holder in Computer Science
  • At least four (4) years’ working experience in IT Support
  • Experience with a service management tool
  • Technical experience in computer hardware, Windows7, Office365, Citrix, Cisco Telephony and Video Conferencing
  • Experience in managing and implementing IT projects independently
  • Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent Communication skills
