Systems Analyst

Job Ref.HKRI/SA/CT/01

The main responsibility of the incumbent is to develop and enhance information systems for the group and its various business units following directions from his/her supervisor. Actively participate in application project development including user requirement gathering, prototype development, user acceptance testing, system documentation and implementation support and user training.


  • Project management, preparation of RFP, RFQ
  • Assist in vendor evaluation and management
  • Web application development, design and implementation
  • System documentation preparation such as user requirement specification, system and program specification, test cases, user guides and so on
  • Perform system testing, quality assurance, and system implementation
  • Conduct user training


  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in system development and maintenance
  • Working knowledge of RDBMS (MS-SQL, MySQL) and tools plus a fundamental understanding of network and Internet technology
  • Experience in developing web application using Java / Javascript, Ajax, jQuery / Bootstrap, PHP, HTML5, .NET etc.
  • Experience in project management, vendor management and large scale ERP deployment is preferred
  • Self-motivate and has the ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Understand and with good practical experience on SDLC, proactive, self-motivate, inquisitive and innovative, strong analytical skills, good business acumen
  • Good command of both spoken and written in English and Chinese
