Systems Engineer (Allowance + Bonus)

Responsibilities
- Monitor and provide support on servers, various communication systems, intranet or IT related equipments
- Operate and provide support for the production and Disaster Recovery Site
- Assist in the operations of data communications equipment in the company
- Perform daily computer processing tasks
- Maintain the IT fixed assets inventory and relevant database
- Provide technical support service to internal users
- Communicate, coordinate, with other fellow shift operators, supervisors, other IT colleagues and users effectively
- Perform ad-hoc IT related assignments as assigned
Requirements
- Form 5 / DSE graduate or above
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience, preferably in banking or financial industry
- With knowledge of server administration is an advantage
- Good command in both spoken and written Chinese and English
- Shift duty is required
- Fresh graduate with sound IT knowledge will be also considered
