Manage setup and configurations of system infrastructure in servers, storages, LAN / WAN and security devices
Perform installation and configurations of operating systems and applications for different computer hardware
Provide first tier help desk support to internal users on a timely basis
Investigate, diagnose and solve hardware & software problems
Support daily operations including backup, network and server performance monitoring
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Systems Engineering or related disciplines
At least 3 years relevant experience in system and network management
Experience with cloud platform / services (AWS, O365, etc.) will be an advantage
Strong analytical thinking and problem solving capability
Good team spirit and sense of accountability
Good communication and interpersonal skill
Proficient in both English and Chinese
