"Responsibilities:
- Assist supervisor / project team members to compete project management tasks
- Assist the project cost analysis, project evaluation.
- Assist the coordination and scheduling of projects; communicate with users and different working parties.
- Provide project administration function including meeting organizing, minutes taking, report generation, updating and reviewing schedule and progress reports.
- Assist the project issues investigation.
- Assist multiple projects.Requirements:
- University graduate in Business Administration, Computer Science/information or related disciplines.
- Sound management, interpersonal, analytical, presentation and report writing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office.
- A good team player and able to work under pressure and tight schedules.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese."
