TA Advisor V International Law Firm V 6 months temp (50k)


My client is a leading international law firm, having a strong presence within the financial and commercial markets globally. They are actively seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to overlook their Resourcing team and be responsible for both graduate and lateral recruitment including both fee earners and support hiring.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Report directly to the HR Manager in Hong Kong

  • Responsible for end-to-end lateral recruitment process – including both Fee Earners and Supporting hiring

  • Delegate and oversea interview arrangement

  • Manage Graduate Recruitment programme – including manage the intern and trainee programme, oversee budgets, selection, and offer processes

  • Oversee in-boarding processes and induction arrangement

  • Manage trainee seat rotations, and provide effective advice and guidance to interns and trainees

  • Coordinate with L&D team in facilitating interns and trainees training sessions


Experience, skills and professional attributes that our client is looking for:

  • Experience in managing a Graduate Recruitment programme within the professional industry

  • Preferably from the legal/ financial industry

  • Provide effective advice to the business in facilitating recruitment needs

  • Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, while being an effective business partner to Partners and stakeholders

  • High proficiency in both verbal and written English

  • Open to 6 months contract and would be keen to be a part of the business
