Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Greater China team to provide one-stop service over recruitment service to stakeholders
  • Develop talent acquisition strategy as to attract right talent for the company
  • Partner with country CEO and BU heads to work over job requirements and the needs for the posting
  • Oversee hiring service from job posting, candidates screening, interviewing, offer tendering to on-boarding

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree holder with minimum 8 years of relevant working experience
  • Track HR exposure in hiring Telecom / IT profession or HR executive search firm
  • Excellent communications skill
  • Able to travel across Greater China
