Talent Acquisition Manager - MNC FS

Our client is a global reonowned Corporate and retail banking. They are currently seeking a seasoned talent acquisition manager to join their structured and sizable TA team to cope with their expansion.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Business Partner, work in the recruitment team and accountable for talent acquisition of designated business units
  • Experienced in MT/GT programmes and summer internship programmes preferred
  • Partner with various internal / external stakeholders to facilitate workforce planning and recruitment activities
  • Drive the continuous improvement of talent acquisition process from strategy development to execution
  • Support the refinement of policies and practices to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness
  • Participate in other people related projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above with at least 6 years’ talent acquisition experience in a sizeable organisation. Candidates with a blend of in-house and agency experience a definite advantage.
  • Strong direct sourcing capability with good vendor management skills
  • Familiar with Employment Ordinance and related legislation in HK is essential
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is preferable
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint is necessary
  • Self-motivated, flexible and good team player with strong interpersonal skills
