Talent Acquisition Manager (Ref: TAM/JH)

Our client is one of the top financial services providers.  Due to significant business expansion, they are seeking a high calibre Talent Acquisition Manager in Hong Kong. 

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute talent acquisition strategies to fulfill business needs
  • Responsible for the end to end talent acquisition process for the assigned portfolio
  • Provide professional talent acquisition advisory to senior business stakeholders
  • Manage and maintain strong partnership with external recruitment consultancies
  • Optimize high quality of candidate’s experience
  • Ensure the recruitment process is in compliance with banking regulations
  • Contribute to value-added recruitment projects as required 

Requirements:

  • University degree holder in related discipline
  • Solid recruitment/talent acquisition experience from sizable organizations in a growing industry (experience in banking and finance sector is not required)
  • Candidate with a recruitment consultancy background are welcome  
  • Analytical problem-solver with strong stakeholders management skills
  • Customer-oriented with a passion for recruitment
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Good command in English and Chinese
