Talent Acquisition Manager

A leading Financial Services firm is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their HR team.
Reporting to the Team Head, the Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for the following but not limited to:

  • being involved in HR projects mainly in the Talent Acuqistion piece
  • developing the effective hiring channels and making sure the recruitment practices are conducted at a high professional standard and in a timely manner
  • acting as business partner with line managers in the areas of organisational structural review
  • working closely with the rest of the HR team in building brand awareness for the firm and developing attractive recruitment programs for new talents
  • advising line managers on market trends and recruitment practices
  • managing the recruitment life cycle from selection all the way up to on-boarding
  • providing support during peak season to the HR service team

The suitable candidate shall meet the following requirements:

  • University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • minimum of 7 years of HR experience
  • sound knowledge of employment ordinance and HR regulations
  • able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • excellent presentation skills, fluent in both English and Chinese
  • Excellent career prospect can be expected for the suitable candidate.
