Our client, a well-known jewellery distributor, is seeking for a high calibre candidate to join them as Talent Acquisition Manager.

About The Role
Reporting to Head of Human Resources, Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for

  • Providing one-stop recruitment services from sourcing, screening, interviews, salary proposal preparation, offer negotiation, reference check, on-boarding arrangement and post placement care call
  • Developing and leading the Talent Acquisition team for identifying and recruiting candidates from different recruitment channels in order to build quality talent pools
  • Reviewing & working closely with HR counterparts, hiring managers and senior management to get a full understanding of their hiring needs, business objectives and challenges
  • Designing and reviewing efficient workflow strategies for all searches
  • Reviewing the HR policies and procedures in related to staff movement and recruitment

About You

  • University Graduate in Human Resources or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years of direct search and recruiting experience in sizeable companies
  • Previous work experiences gained with recruitment firms or experience in managing a full recruitment life cycle in a corporate environment would be an added advantage
  • Proactive, reliable, self-motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good written & spoken English and Chinese
