About this company

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of in-house recruiters to perform full spectrum of recruitment functions for direct employees and sub-contractors, from candidates sourcing to employment offer making
  • Work closely with business partners, hiring managers and key stakeholders for work force planning
  • Explore new recruitment channels and enhance existing recruitment channels
  • Develop candidate pool and pipeline in accordance with business needs
  • Plan & execute large scale recruitment programs (e.g. Graduate Trainee Program)
  • Drive Employer Branding Initiatives (e.g. Digital Marketing in social media platforms)
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • University degree holders of Human Resources, Business or related disciplines
  • With 8 to 10 years’ recruitment experience either in recruitment agency or in-house environment, working experience in IT industry is preferable
  • Well organized and able to manage multiple recruitment at the same time
  • Proactive, energetic, self-motivated, a good team player with able to build relationship with all levels
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Cantonese and Mandarin speaking is required
  • Less experience will be considered as Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager
  • Immediately available or with short notice period is preferred
