-Drive and coordinate end to end recruitment process to meet the budgeted hiring needs in AXA Hong Kong entity
-Develop and implement talent identification and work with Business Partners in people planning process to deliver current and future capacity and capability
-Provide full consultative service to hiring managers with regards to the recruitment industry and market trends
-Build a strong talent pipeline and data base proactively through industry mapping as well as direct sourcing
-Explore and develop innovative sourcing channels to meet business growth needs and is able to control recruitment cost
-Provide support to HRBP team on full range of HR services
-Assist other general HR duties and provide ad hoc project support
-Diploma holder or above, preferably in Human Resources discipline
-HR and talent acquisition related experience is preferable
-Attentive to details and data integrity
-Able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility
-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, e.g. Word, Excel
-Good communication skill
