Due to the continued growth of JLL’s business in Asia Pacific, we are now keen to hire an Talent Acquisition Services member. This is a wonderful opportunity to contribute towards the Talent Acquisition offering, striving to deliver a best in class service.
What this job involves:
Ensuring Accurate and timely inputs in talent acquisition & HR systems as well as updating trackers and reports
You will perform a primarily responsibility in ensuring that new hire information in our recruiting system are accurate and on time. This role will be at the forefront in monitoring the onboarding requirements status of applicants in accordance to the overall hiring targets. It will be important for you to update related reports, and proactively communicate strategies and needed actions to ensure smooth application process for applicants, proper coordination of onboarding activities and overall performance within recruitment project timelines.
Meeting the internal clients’ needs and providing applicants with a great recruitment process experience

You’ll also be expected to keep application information with utmost confidentiality.
Promoting career opportunities, conducting applicant sourcing & screening activities
As part of the Talent Acquisition Team, there may also be chances for you to perform onboarding & recruitment related activities as your share in ensuring the team delivers recruitment targets. Performing activities ranging from sourcing applicants , monitoring referrals conducting interviews either through phone or face to face, providing recruitment related instructions, collecting application documents and overall promoting the exciting career opportunities offered by the company to increase the pool of interested talents.
Work closely with TA recruiters to enhance effective hiring processes.
Conduct on boarding process for the new hires.
Conduct background check for new hires.
Responsible for the new hire data input into the ATS system.
Develop and manage internet and other external/internal job positing and advertisement to effectively reach the market talent pool and promote JLL people brand.
Update staffing reports (Recruitment tracker, hiring report, etc.);
Coordinate and support other ad hoc staffing or HR project if necessary.
Drive recruitment promotion campaigns via local social media channels.

Experience and passion in Talent Acquisition
Do you have prior experience in professional and high-volume recruitment, preferably from a RPO or Shared Services company? Do you possess good English communication skills and is well-verse and highly adaptive to computer-based office administration systems & tools? Are you passionate about promoting employment opportunities and finding talents that fit the objectives and values of the company? Are you resourceful, highly organized, has high discipline & integrity? Do you love supporting colleagues in accomplishing their goals? You are what we’re looking for!

University graduate, Human Resources, Psychology or Commerce is a plus;
Familiar with local social media channels regarding to recruitment related activities;
Be passionate and proactive; willing and able to take initiatives;
A high level of sense of ownership and personal accountability;
A strong client service orientation with the ability to create impact and build rapport quickly;
A team player and good communicator.
Good command of English both in oral and written;
Strong PC skills in windows applications (Excel, Word, Power-point)
