What you will do

Talent Acquisition team works as an experts to access the external talent labour market. We are positioned to make a dramatic impact on the culture at Johnson Controls by focusing on delivering high quality hires in an appropriate time frame.

How you will do it

  • Manage completed Talent Acquisition process including sourcing, screening, interviewing and offering process
  • Network and source candidates through multiple recruitment channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Developing and executing tactical sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow that meets diversity and overall recruiting goals.
  • Work closely with the business leaders to consult on recruiting strategy and influence hiring practices.
  • Enhance employer branding through participation in careers fairs and marketing activities on social networks 

What we look for


  • Degree holder in HRM or equivalent
  • 2 - 4 years' recruitment experience, preferably gained in Engineering or labour intensive industry
  • Good command in written, spoken in both English and Cantonese
  • Able to deliver within a fast paced environment by being well organized and prioritizing workloads


  • A good team player, well organized, self-starter, high level of accuracy and detail orientated
  • Strong PC computer skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
