Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contract for 3 – 6 months)

  • Source and attract regional candidates through different channels/ networks
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidates’ knowledge, skills, experience, etc.
  • Collaborate with regional hiring managers to identify suitable candidates
  • Prepare job descriptions and specifications
  • Develop scorecard to manage recruitment efficiency
  • Establish the competency profile of job positions / roles
  • Build and maintain a candidate database to facilitate the recruitment process  
  • Keep abreast of Asia labour market trends and collect market data

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in any disciplines
  • 2- 3 years’ experience in agency/ consulting firm
  • Demonstrated history of working in both agency and in-house MNC Companies covering IT recruitment is preferable but not a must
  • Good Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, both written and spoken
  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Able to work independently and proactively
  • Working location:  Kowloon Bay
