Responsible for providing consultation and management to both clients and candidates.
Prospecting clients through telemarketing, market research and business visits to build up long-term relationship with potential and existing clients.
Assist in understanding clients’ business needs and providing effective solutions and advice on sourcing the right talent.
Conducting market research to identify talents in the job market.
Help team consultants expand database of professional candidates, verify and update candidate information.
Screening, interviewing and assessing candidates base on client’s requirements by business analyze, conducting phone and face-to-face interviews.
Providing appropriate and accurate professional advice to job seekers to enhance their career path.
Degree holder in any discipline, but management, marking, human resource and other related discipline will be an advantage.
Good as a team player and multi-tasking.
Be able to work with MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).
Optimistic, motivated and persistent with high passion.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua a plus.
