Responsibilities:
 Responsible for providing consultation and management to both clients and candidates.
 Prospecting clients through telemarketing, market research and business visits to build up long-term relationship with potential and existing clients.
 Assist in understanding clients’ business needs and providing effective solutions and advice on sourcing the right talent.
 Conducting market research to identify talents in the job market.
 Help team consultants expand database of professional candidates, verify and update candidate information.
 Screening, interviewing and assessing candidates base on client’s requirements by business analyze, conducting phone and face-to-face interviews.
 Providing appropriate and accurate professional advice to job seekers to enhance their career path.

Requirements:
 Degree holder in any discipline, but management, marking, human resource and other related discipline will be an advantage.
 Good as a team player and multi-tasking.
 Be able to work with MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).
 Optimistic, motivated and persistent with high passion.
 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua a plus.
