Reporting to Senior HR Manager of HR-BP & TA function, this role is to perform full spectrum of strategic talent acquisition duties for G2000 Group APAC to ensure quality and timely service delivery.


  • Perform regular recruitment activities & support senior search assignments.
  • Conduct strategic competitor analysis & marketplace mapping for MID to SENIOR talents across APAC.
  • Assist in formulation and execution of recruiting strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Develop and implement appropriate talent acquisition strategies and actions
  • Participate in various HR and ad-hoc projects
  • Provide regular and accurate HR reports and analysis as assigned
  • Responsible for the end to end process of assigned recruitment activities/events for staff across G2000 Group APAC.
  • Employer Brand Building initiatives, internally & externally to attract potential candidates and build sustaining talent pipeline.
  • Market research on exploring different recruitment channels & networking platforms.


  • Degree holder, majoring in Human Resources Management would be an advantage, other business disciplines are also welcomed
  • Minimum 3 years of HR or recruitment experience, preferably from retail, fashion or apparel industries.
  • Strong communication and analytic skills
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Independent, self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Immediate available is advantageous.
