Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Internal Services function has played a key role in Synpulse's growth story and will continue to pave the way for the upcoming milestones. As our Talent Acquisition Specialist for Asia Pacific, you will focus on developing a talent pipeline for our offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia and The Philippines. You will be working closely with our local HR teams to plan and implement the recruiting strategy, manage the candidates communications and share some best practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Determine recruiting strategies to approach profiles for our offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia and The Philippines
  • Develop a strong candidates pipeline through various channels
  • Proactively provide guidance to management team in order to increase talent attraction and hiring process efficiency
  • Support recruiting initiatives, networking and campus recruiting events
  • Conduct monthly reporting and analytics

Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Human Resources, or any other related field
  • At least five years of work experience in Recruitment
  • Experience with profiles from various countries in Asia Pacific
  • Good understanding of Consulting, Private Banking and Insurance sectors
  • Experience with technical profiles
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Cantonese. Ability to speak Mandarin will be an advantage.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
