The Talent Acquisition Specialist is the HR partner who translate business goals and objectives into HR solutions, he/she will lead the talent acquisition process from analyzing recruitment needs to closing of the placements.

Responsibilities

  • Consolidate and analyze recruitment needs and work out hiring plans
  • Together with hiring managers, implement approved hiring plans from publishing job openings, networking and engaging with talents, candidate screening to offer negotiation
  • Proactively research and suggest innovative and effective HR solutions
  • Analyze recruitment effectively and share learning with hiring managers
  • Analyze market remuneration trend and provide insight to enhance talent acquisition strategy
  • Lead HR and recruitment events like campus recruitment talk, etc

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or above
  • 3-5 years working experience
  • Experience and networking in media and/or digital advertising is highly preferable
  • Experience in talent acquisition is a plus
  • Strong personal networking and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and result-oriented
  • Be innovative to problem solving
