Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
  • Preparing and post jobs to appropriate recruitment channels.
  • Source and attract candidates by using databases and social media.
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
  • Conduct interviews, assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
  • Develop and maintain a candidate data base to facilitate the recruitment process  
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
  • Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work".

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines.
  • 5 years of relevant experience in recruitment, preferably in F&B industry.
  • With HR experience in F&B industry is an advantage
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related legislation.
  • Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Chinese word processing.
