About the role

  • Being the TA team team lead with 8+ subordinates and responsible for end to end recruitment process
  • Provide advice to top management from function expert perspective to identify the talent needs, development, and improvements
  • Responsible for graduate trainee & internship program from campus recruitment, candidate assessment to on-boarding
  • Act as company ambassador and create high quality candidate experience in the market
  • Develop creative campaigns and marketing strategies to attract talents across the world, with use of multiple channels like career websites, social media platforms, career seminars etc
  • Initiate and develop different employer branding programs as well as e-recruitment platform launch

About the person

  • Bachelor degree holder with human resources or related disciplines
  • With 8+ years of experience in HR field with focus on recruitment
  • Exceptional communication skills with out-going and cheerful personality
  • Demonstrated ability to shape and influence ideas and actions to senior stakeholders
  • Well command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
