About the role...

  • Accountable for professionals’ recruitment initiatives and strategies planning, especially for sales and marketing
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, work closely with LMs from collecting job role’s requirement to new joiner’s onboarding arrangement
  • Continuously improve sourcing strategy with sourcing channel innovation
  • Talent engagement and relationship management
  • Champion of Employer Branding, plan and execute all EB initiatives and strategies, as well as translate and adhere to global EB strategy
  • Plan and execute campus recruitment strategy, liaise with career office and internal stakeholders
  • Pipeline building and Talent mapping for key roles
  • Conduct external benchmark and provide external functional insights on organizational design and job roles to the business
  • Perform BP role as assigned

About the person...

  • A degree holder with minimum 2-3 years of recruitment experience in FMCG/Retail industry
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experiences
  • Experience in EB and campus recruitment is a plus
  • Experience in recruitment agency is a plus
  • Sound network with external stakeholders like recruitment agencies and campus career office
  • Independent and highly proactive
