Role Purpose

The role of the Talent Attraction Specialist is to build pipelines & communities for sector / segment specific “Business Critical “roles to deliver increased business value. You will be ultimately responsible for being the subject matter expert for the business division in which you are sourcing when it comes to attraction. You will focus primarily on the passive and semi passive market, building relationships with top talent from across your industry.

  • Brand optimisation
  • You will identify potential candidates who are semi passive and passive that present a fit for our customer’s current or future requirements
  • Engage with prospective candidates to talk about potential careers within our customer
  • Market mapping within key competitors building candidate pipelines that can be activated at any given time
  • Build top talent communities and engage with them in an appropriate manner
  • Conducting either telephone based profiling or competency based interviews depending on whether there is a live or future requirement
  • Daily use of ATS / CRM to maximise process efficiency
Person Specification
  • Recruitment experience in either executive search or as an onsite headhunter
  • Experience at navigating recruitment systems and portals
  • Direct search methodologies
  • Highly organised and resilient
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to produce and analyse data, identify opportunities and using data to drive decisions
  • Excellent problem solving skills. Ability to analyse complex situations conceptually and provide workable solutions to a variety of stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively influencing internal and external stakeholders and quickly build robust relationships based on trust and confidence
  • Effective project management skills
