We have a 12-month opportunity for an experienced people development professional to join a high performing team in a global investment bank. The successful candidate will coordinate and support the development and delivery of a variety of learning & development programs and D&I initiatives. This role would suit a candidate who has worked in a similar role and is familiar with building training programs, working with multiple stakeholders and understands learning systems. Experience in the financial services sector is desired.


  • Prepare and coordinate D&I training programs and other diversity events
  • Facilitate employee performance planning and support staff development through training and upskilling opportunities
  • Review staff feedback and provide support management with staffing matters
  • Maintain accurate records for completed learning programs and provide regular reporting
  • Assist with the procurement of external training providers on selected capabilities
  • Maintain a dashboard of D&I metrics and assist in analysing trends
  • Evaluate learning programs for effectiveness, return on investment and provide insight into data for continuous improvement


  • A bachelor's degree in human resources management or other relevant qualifications
  • Experience in a similar role providing HR advice and support to multiple stakeholders
  • Knowledge of training and assessment processes, including the oversight of training needs analyses and workplace learning methodologies
  • Excellent command in spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with others
  • Intuitive with a positive attitude and proactive work practices
  • Able to multi-task, prioritse work load and work in a fast paced environment
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
