Our client is well-known property developer. They are looking for a Talent Development Manager to join their team.

The Job:

  • In line with the corporate VMV and engage with the management team & key stakeholders, formulate Talent Development strategy to corporate staff in order to address business needs and development
  • Design and develop corporate L&D framework and Leadership curriculum
  • Design HiPo assessments and develop development program for the targeted group and plan for the succession planning strategy
  • Plan and implement performance management framework for talent review and development framework
  • Devise annual plan on talent management and development, monitor and review to ensure its effectiveness and relevancy
  • Prepare and monitor annual L&D budget

The Candidate:

  • Degree holder in any disciplines with 5 to 8 years in L&D within property development, hotel and retail industry
  • Experienced as trainer and facilitator with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in building talent development framework
  • Able to build cross-functional and cross-business relationships and work effectively across different cultures and seniority
  • High proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Strong retail business acumen and analytical skills, action-oriented
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Self-starter, positive mentality
