Our client is a well-known vehicle retailer and looking for a Talent Development Manager.

About The Role
Talent Development Manager will be responsible for

  • Supporting the implementation of training and development plans to improve talent development function in Hong Kong and Macau
  • Promoting employee engagement and managing performance throughout the whole employee life cycle
  • Conducting training and workshops in a regular basis for L&D needs.
  • Working closely and building good relationship with local universities and other channels for employer branding and talent recruitment
  • Handle full spectrum of the MT Program including recruitment, coaching and designing development plans for MT
  • Building and evaluating assessment tools for candidates and vendors
  • Carry out ad hoc assignments

About You

  • University graduate in Human Resources or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 6 years solid training experience in retail industry;
  • A good team leader with good communication skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal and strong analytical & presentation skills;
  • Multi-tasker and Problem solver with strong execution skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
