Responsibilities

  • Keep candidate experience at the forefront as we continue to scale our organization
  • Work closely with account management team to manage sourcing for clients and manage interview process for clients
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing strategies and tools to build candidate pipelines for all functional teams across GetLinks
  • Providing guidance, gathering feedback and pushing job processes forward
  • Providing feedback and product suggestion to the internal product team to enhance the marketplace


Requirements

  • Stellar communication abilities (English and Cantonese) and can work with professionals across all levels of an organization
  • Passion for technology and our mission to disrupt the recruiting industry
  • Self-starter with a sense of ownership whenever taking on any task
  • True believer of revolutionizing the traditional recruitment industry
