Description
Reporting to the Head of L&D, you will be working in a small team and be responsible for the following duties:
- Design and implement talent development framework to support the business growth of the company
- Recommend and manage people development plans of different department of staff
- Support and plan the end-to-end talent review exercise as well as review meetings coordination and facilitation
- Assist to drive and execute culture transformation and change management projects
- Responsible for the overall implementation of the performance management process
- Evaluate the learning effectiveness and provide recommendations to enhance overall learning experience
- Provide advice to the line managers to develop and materialize the development plan for individual talents
- Revamp and manage the year-round performance management process
Profile
- Degree holder in Business or Human Resources Management or other relevant disciplines
- At least 8 years solid learning and development / talent management experience in which at least 3 years in supervisory role
- Self-motivated, result-driven and able to¡¡adopt to changes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High proficiency in both Chinese and English
