Our client is well-known property developer with diversified business from shopping mall, hotel management to luxurious club house. They are looking for a Talent Manager to join their team.

The Job:

  • Report to the Head of Talent and Development to manage talent development strategies and initiatives of the company
  • To in line with the corporate vision, mission and values, responsible for identify, develop, design and implement tailored learning programs to corporate staff
  • Consult and engage with management and key stakeholders to identify learning needs and propose right learning solutions that are aligned with organization’s objectives
  • Organize and deliver, when necessary, training curriculum to internal customers at all levels
  • Devise annual plan on talent management and culture development, monitor and review to ensure its effectiveness and relevancy
  • Liaise with external consultants to develop training programs and participate actively in various contests or competition for corporate brand building
  • Prepare and monitor annual L&D budget
  • Conduct TTT sessions and provide coaching and development of sister entities when necessary

The Candidate:

  • Degree holder in any disciplines with 5 to 8 years in L&D within property development, hotel and retail industry
  • Experienced as trainer and facilitator with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong knowledge in designing training curriculum and corporate training programs
  • Experienced in planning, organizing and delivering a wide range of training activities e.g. training needs analysis, assessment centers, workshops and teambuilding.
  • Able to build cross-functional and cross-business relationships and work effectively across different cultures and seniority
  • High proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Strong retail business acumen and analytical skills, action-oriented
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Self-starter, positive mentality
