Applications are invited for the following post:
Teaching Assistant in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 201800672) (to commence in late August, 2018 for one year, with the possibility of renewal)
Applicants should have a good Master’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Operations Management, or a related discipline; with the ability to conduct tutorials in English for postgraduate Business Analytics courses. They should also have excellent quantitative, problem-solving and communication skills. Proficiency in quantitative tools such as MS Excel, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), R, Python, SAS, SQL or Matlab and prior teaching experience would be an advantage.
The appointee will work with the course instructors and the Programme Office to conduct tutorials and workshops, prepare course materials, support programme administration, classes and exams, and perform any other duties as assigned.
