Our client is a leading company looking for a Team Administrator / Team Assistant to join their team.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide wide-ranging administrative and secretarial support, e.g. calendar management, meeting arrangement etc
  • Prepare reports and forms for business decision
  • Data input for system management
  • Help co-ordinate with suppliers and internal customer
  • Prepare cheque payment, petty cash and expenses reimbursement
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as requires

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in reacted disciplines
  • At least 1 year relevant experience
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good knowledge of MS Office application, such as Word, Excel, Access & Powerpoint
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Detailed-minded and problem solving skills
  • Self-driven and follow through
