Team Assistant
Key elements of the job will involve:
- Provide clerical and administrative support to professional teams
- Maintain document flow and database registry records
- Assist professional staff on client servicing support
- Manage tasks and projects progress by liaise with different stakeholders
- Perform ad-hoc assignments as required
Desired skills and experience:
- Diploma or Degree holder with 2 years of administration/ team secretary role
- Experience gained in CPA firms is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office, English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Good at handle multi-tasks, excellent in communication and detail-mined
