Team Head, Business Training
Job Matcher- Lead the training team to map out learning needs at different levels and to liaise with business stakeholders in formulating learning initiatives to support business continuous growth
- Design, develop and deliver training programs on sales and service, compliance, management training and other areas as required
- Review the content of our learning programs proactively by staying abreast of industry best practices and keeping updates with regulatory and compliance requirements in order to enhance and maintain quality
- Provide resources, guidance, training and coaching to team members
- Degree holder or above with minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in banking industry or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
- Work experience in financial products or service training
- Sound business knowledge of wealth Management and regulatory requirements
- Good project management skill
- Good team-player, proactive and self-motivated
- Strong communication and presentation skills with excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
Candidate with more experience can be considered as Assistant Head of Training.
The above post requires proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
