Our client is an international banking group with strong regional presence in South-East Asia. They are recruiting a Team Head of relationship manager son their commercial banking side for their growing business in Hong Kong. The position will lead a small team of relationship managers and support mid-cap corporate clients in HK and Pearl River Delta Region, with a wide range of commercial banking products, including deposits, trade finance, loans, and even DCM.

What you will do
You will lead a small team of relationship managers, and be responsible for maintaining and developing client relationships, with promotion of a variety of commercial banking products. The team will be under the commercial banking side of business and focus on MMEs and smaller large corporate, with target sales turnover above 1bn RMB.
What you need
You should possess 8-15 years of relationship management experience in commercial banking, with a strong sales track record on MMEs in Hong Kong or Pearl River Delta Region. Team leading experience would be advantageous, while client referrals would be a big plus.
