Team Head / Senior Manager - Financial Management Department

Bank of China Group Insurance Company Ltd

Responsibilities:

  • Implement company long term financial planning and ensure they are inline with company's business plan;
  • Prepare reports for senior management review, including financial performance review and forecast, analyze and interpret financial information;
  • Liaise and coordinate with external auditors to prepare the annual reports;
  • Strictly monitor the implementation of internal control policies to ensure company's financial status is accurately reflected;
  • Any ad-hoc assignments related to financial management team. 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above in Finance, Accounting or related discipline with recognized professional accounting qualification;
  • At least 7 years accounting and/or auditing experience in reputable international accounting firms or in sizable general insurance companies;
  • Proficient in PC skills, MS Office & Chinese Word Processing;
  • Proficient in spoken & written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is a plus;
  • Self-motivated, independent, able to work under pressure
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Immediately available is preferred
