Our client is now seeking for energetic and highly motivated individuals to join their team:

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions with learning and development focus.
  •  Hands-on support & guidance in the design, development and delivery & facilitation of tailored development programs.
  • Design, develop and deliver the learning framework and make sure it aligns with the company goal and HR strategies.
  • Conduct job analysis, career development plan, performance appraisals to assess the training needs for business units
  • Provide support on talent identification, succession management, talent development & retention to leaders, HRBPs & other teammates.
  • Plan, manage and monitor the annual training budget & expenses
  • Formulate training policies, guidelines & sponsorship.
  • Enhancement of HR system on T&D.
  • Lead and drive employee engagement initiatives (e.g. communications, engagement survey, etc.).

Requirements

  • University degree in HR or other related fields
  • Hands-on experience in Banking & FI with Talent Development/Management focus is preferred
  • Minimum of 15 years' experience at HR sectors, including talent development, recruitment, C&B, HRBP, etc.
  • Independent, flexible, proactive & good communication Skills
  • Organized, detailed, able to handle multi-tasks effectively and prioritize works to meet tight schedules/ deadline
