Team Head,Strategic Planning and Talent Management (Urgent)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Learning and Development division, plan and executive all level of talent management and organization development strategy to align with company’s strategic and operational plans
  • Design and implement policies, processes, systems and initiatives for organization development, succession planning, talent acquisition, selection and development
  • Manage the Learning and Development division, plan and executive all level of talent management and organization development strategy to align with company’s strategic and operational plans
  • Create and establish assessment and development centers with different methodologies and tools to assess existing and new talents Effectively onboarding and induction of new joiners in the Division
  • Manage the development of staff engagement activities including staff relation and staff well-being. Source the future talent needs for all corporate levels in attempt to align with the company’s business strategy and strategic manpower plan

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in People Development, Talent Management or Organization strategy, with experience in Public section or big 4 is a definite advantage
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and presentation skills with experience in working with executive level
  • Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
