Team Lead, Customer Success


Our client, a leading global platform that provides career network, market insight and industry surveys in for financial services professionals, is currently looking for a Team Lead for its Customer Success team in Hong Kong.


As a Team Lead, you will be managing a team of 2 to ensure positive ROI for clients and engage with decision makers and end user to ensure best product usage. You are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by owning the client lifecycle from contract to renewal through partnership with other teams. Also, you have to improve engagement and promote the platform through tailored training and account management.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • University graduate in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years of managerial experience with 5 years of client relationship management or Account Management
  • Knowledge of financial markets and Recruitment functions is a plus
  • Experience of working with a CRM database/ Salesforce is a plus
  • Strong written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin skills
  • Good interpersonal skills, detail minded and strong team player
