Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small team to provide technical support on offices’ infrastructure
  • Manage and work with vendors to resolve incidents and problems
  • Provide technical support and administration of Microsoft O365 and licensing management
  • Develop formal guidelines, policies, and procedures to ensure that operation of infrastructure meets service level agreement
  • Provide hardware and software maintenance support and perform system health check
  • Provide support and assist supervisors in servers and network equipment's monitoring
  • Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT devices
  • Work with team members in other countries to liaise with the direction of global IT operations
  • Assist in Hardware and Software asset management
  • Handle IT documentation and reporting

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering/Science, Information Technology or its equivalent
  • 5 years of relevant work experience as network and system administrator.
  • Strong day-to-day functionality in O365 services such as Exchange, SharePoint, One Drive and Teams, etc…
  • Hands-on experience in Windows 7/8/10, Windows Server 2008/2012, LAN/WAN, VPN, Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge in administration of Microsoft Active Directory and domain networks
  • Knowledge of IT components (Email, Routers, Switches, Firewalls, DHCP, DNS, VPN)
  • Can work independently with minimum supervision even under pressure
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English are required
  • Technical, analytical and interpersonal skills required.
  • Strong in problem solving skills and project, internal team, vendor and contract management skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure to handle network and security related escalation
