  • Provide outstanding services and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Take reservations and perform check-in and check-out services
  • Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Supervise associates in their assigned job duties


  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Front Desk
  • Knowledge in Opera System is must
  • Good command of English and Cantonese. Putonghua is a plus
