Team Leader - Housekeeping

Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour Hong Kong

Responsibilities

  • Inspect guest rooms and public areas etc. after being cleaned by Housekeeper to ensure quality standards.
  • Run sold room reports, verify room status, determine discrepant rooms, prioritize room cleaning, and update status of departing guest rooms.
  • Assist Housekeeping management in managing daily activities.

 

Qualifications

  • Diploma or above in Hospitality Management will be an advantage
  • At least 2 years' working experience in the supervisory level in Housekeeping Department
  • Sound knowledge in the use of all kinds of cleaning chemicals and equipments
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented with strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Able to perform administrative tasks and knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
