Team Leader / Senior Quantity Surveyor
Job MatcherResponsibilities
- Measurement, estimation, tendering, cost control, cashflow forecast, contract administration, final accounts
- A team leader and able to communicate with team members, clients, other consultants and contractors for project delivery
Requirement
- Degree / Associate Degree or above in Surveying
- Self-motivated, multi-tasking, independent with strong problem solving skills
- Fluent spoken Putonghua, Good command of both written and spoken in Chinese and English
- Minimum 5 years project experience
- MHKIS or MRICS is preferable
