Lead and manage The Club Hotline team to promote The Club and acquire membership registration to meet acquisition targets
Lead the team to deliver hospitality and handle member enquiries at both The Club events and inbound Club hotline as well as related support and fulfillment activities
Formulate acquisition and hospitality delivery plans in alignment with the strategic and business priorities of The Club and ensure key performance indicators for the team are met
Handle escalation and emergency cases during offsite activities
Provide feedback to Management for continuous improvement
Manage resources deployment to ensure the team is efficiently engaged between offsite and other service support activities
To ensure all business directions and operational and compliance guidelines are properly followed
To assist to take up special projects as assigned by supervisors
Degree with minimum 3 years' customer service experience /non-degree holder with minimum 5 years' experience of which at least 2 years' in management position with proven target achievement record
Strong people leadership and motivational skills
Independent, result-driven and able to work under pressure
Flexible working schuedle
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
