The Job:

  • Lead and coach the assigned service team to provide excellent, timely and comprehensive customer responses and supports to inbound calls and in any forms of correspondence
  • Maintain 7 x 24 one-stop customer hotline upon the level of corporate benchmarking deliverables such as telephone service factor, customer satisfaction measurement and quality assurance acceptance
  • Enable the team to promote company products and services through cross selling approaches in service call handling processes and procedures
  • Track, monitor & evaluate traffic and patterns to ensure the operations are running smoothly and meeting the Company's goals and objectives
  • Assist Call Centre Manager to initiate and enhance end to end service workflow in collaboration with other working parties
  • Implement customer oriented service workflow and contact experiences for meeting ever changing market demands and requirements

The Person:

  • F.7 or above with minimum 3 years’ solid Customer Service experience in call centre or mass channels, proven track records of leading people in Mobile industry is an advantage
  • Positive customer service attitude with sales-driven mind and execution competence
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with strong abilities to drive for excellence
  • Innovative, flexible, mature, result-oriented and able to work under pressure
  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English, Mandarin is preferable
